  3. Pack securely and include your order info.

  4. Send the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.

  5. After inspection (within 5–7 business days), we’ll process your refund or store credit.

  • Final sale items (clearance, sale, or custom-made)

  • Damaged items due to misuse or normal wear

  • Allergy-sensitive or perishable decor that deteriorates after shipping 


6. 💵 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. You’ll see the credit within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.


7. 🔄 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, email us within 7 days of receipt with photos and description. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost.


8. 🌍 International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. must cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the items.
